Terms and Conditions for the Use of e-Gift Cards

The following terms apply to the use of evohairstore.com e-Gift Cards:

evohairstore.com e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on evohairstore.com.
evohairstore.com e-Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased online at evohairstore.com, except that they cannot be used to purchase additional e-Gift Cards.
e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value other than for the purchase of goods on evohairstore.com.
Purchases made using the e-Gift Card will be deducted from the balance of the card until it reaches zero. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the card's validity period.
The maximum value that can be loaded onto an e-Gift Card is £200.
Items purchased using e-Gift Cards and returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded as a credit back to the original e-Gift Card or a new one, as appropriate. Where orders are part-paid with an e-Gift Card, refunds will prioritise the e-Gift Card balance first.

The resale or unauthorised transfer of evohairstore.com e-Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up once the full value has been used, except when refunds are issued according to our Returns Policy.
Lost, stolen, or misdirected e-Gift Cards will not be replaced. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient’s email address. evohairstore.com will not compensate for e-Gift Cards sent to the wrong recipient.
e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.

About Us

Sales of evohairstore.com e-Gift Cards are managed and fulfilled by Cult Brands Group Limuted via the evohairstore.com / shopify platform. Full business and contact details are available on our website. Key order information will be confirmed in writing after purchase via email.

Acceptance of Orders

An order for an e-Gift Card is considered accepted when we issue an order confirmation email and the e-Gift Card delivery email. Until this point, no contract has been formed between the buyer and Evo Hair Store Limited.

Delivery of e-Gift Cards

e-Gift Cards are delivered digitally to the email address provided during the purchase process. Physical gift cards are not available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Rejection of Orders

We reserve the right to reject any order, including but not limited to cases where:

Orders are flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
Billing details cannot be verified or are incomplete.
Errors occur in pricing or other product information on our website.

Rejected orders will be refunded promptly.

Ownership of e-Gift Cards

Ownership of an e-Gift Card transfers to the purchaser or designated recipient upon full payment and receipt of the e-Gift Card delivery email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders for e-Gift Cards may be canceled before the e-Gift Card is redeemed. Refund requests must be submitted to evohairstore.com Customer Services. Once an e-Gift Card is redeemed, it is no longer refundable.

Modifications to e-Gift Cards

We reserve the right to change the price, availability, or terms of e-Gift Cards at any time. These changes will not affect e-Gift Cards already purchased and delivered.

Restrictions on Use

e-Gift Cards cannot be combined with promotional discounts, coupon codes, or other offers unless explicitly stated.

Fraudulent Use

Evo Hair Store Limited reserves the right to cancel any e-Gift Card and associated orders if fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
